6. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Khalid from abu al-Jawza’ from al-Husayn ibn ‘Ulwan from ‘Amr ibn Khalid from Zayd ibn Ali from his ancestors who has said the following
“’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), was asked about a man who was burnt. He (the Imam) instructed them to pour water on him well, then perform Salah (prayer) for the deceased.’”
