Hadith 608

1. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from ibn Faddal from Yunus ibn Ya’qub from ibn Numayr, Mawla’ al-Harith ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), up to what age a child can be given Ghusl (bath) by women? He (the Imam) replied, ‘It is up to three years of age.’”
1ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ النُّمَيْرِ مَوْلَى الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) حَدِّثْنِي عَنِ الصَّبِيِّ إِلَى كَمْ تُغَسِّلُهُ النِّسَاءُ فَقَالَ إِلَى ثَلاَثِ سِنِينَ.
