Hadith 424
۞
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Rifa‘ah ibn Musa al-Nakhkhas who has said the following
“I once asked Musa ibn Ja‘far (a.s.), about the case of a slave-girl I purchased. She lives with me for several months without experiencing Hayd (menses) but not because of old age. Other women examine her and tell me that she is not pregnant. Can I have intercourse with her? He (the Imam) said, ‘Hayd (menses) is sometimes blocked by air without pregnancy. It is not harmful if you touch her vagina? I then asked if she is pregnant what then? He (the Imam) said, ‘If you like you can benefit from other than vagina?”
1ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ مُوسَى النَّخَّاسِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قُلْتُ أَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ فَتَمْكُثُ عِنْدِي الأشْهُرَ لاَ تَطْمَثُ وَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ كِبَرٍ وَأُرِيهَا النِّسَاءَ فَيَقُلْنَ لِي لَيْسَ بِهَا حَبَلٌ فَلِي أَنْ أَنْكِحَهَا فِي فَرْجِهَا فَقَالَ إِنَّ الطَّمْثَ قَدْ تَحْبِسُهُ الرِّيحُ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَبَلٍ فَلاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ تَمَسَّهَا فِي الْفَرْجِ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ بِهَا حَبَلٌ فَمَا لِي مِنْهَا قَالَ إِنْ أَرَدْتَ فِيمَا دُونَ الْفَرْجِ.
