Hadith 244
8. Abu Dawud has narrated from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), about one, who experiencing sexual relation or Hayd (menses), picks up something from Masjid. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is permissible but they must not leave something in Masjid.”’
8ـ أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْجُنُبِ وَالْحَائِضِ يَتَنَاوَلاَنِ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْمَتَاعَ يَكُونُ فِيهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَلَكِنْ لاَ يَضَعَانِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ شَيْئاً.
