1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Safwan ibn Yahya, from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin, from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked one of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, ‘When does Ghusl (bath) become necessary for man and woman?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘After consummating sexual relation, Ghusl (bath), payment of al-Mahr (payment agreed upon during marriage) and stoning (if it is fornication) become necessary.’”
