3. Hammad ibn ‘Isa has narrated from Hariz from Zurarah and Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Zakat cannot be given as a gift to relatives or be denied to non-relatives.’”
3ـ حَمَّادُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ وَالزَّكَاةَ لاَ يُحَابَى بِهَا قَرِيبٌ وَلَمْ يُمْنَعْهَا بَعِيدٌ.
