Hadith 2012

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘My father purchased a piece of land from Hisham ibn ‘Abd al-Malik for such and such hundred thousand dinar with a condition that he will pay its Zakat for ten years. He did it as such because Hisham was the ruler.’”
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) يَقُولُ بَاعَ أَبِي مِنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ أَرْضاً لَهُ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ وَاشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ زَكَاةَ ذَلِكَ الْمَالِ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ وَإِنَّمَا فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ لأَنَّ هِشَاماً كَانَ هُوَ الْوَالِيَ.
