Hadith 1689

5. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amir from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from Aban from ‘Umar ibn Yazid who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The time for al-Maghrib on a journey is up to one-third of the night.’ It is also narrated that it is up to midnight.”
5ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَهْزِيَارَ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) وَقْتُ الْمَغْرِبِ فِي السَّفَرِ إِلَى ثُلُثِ اللَّيْلِ وَرُوِيَ أَيْضاً إِلَى نِصْفِ اللَّيْلِ.
