Hadith 1469

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Hashim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan all from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who leads a people in Salah (prayer) but does not have a valid Wudu’ and informs them after Salah (prayer). He (the Imam) said, ‘Only he, but not they, must perform again.”’
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ أَمَّ قَوْماً وَهُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ طُهْرٍ فَأَعْلَمَهُمْ بَعْدَ مَا صَلَّوْا فَقَالَ يُعِيدُ هُوَ وَلاَ يُعِيدُونَ.
