16. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said, ‘A man says Adhan when sitting but does not say ‘Iqamah unless he is standing. You can say Adhan when riding but do not say ‘Iqamah unless you are on the ground.’”
