12. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from abu Ayyub from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“In the past, in future and in your time there has never been a believer, whom a neighbor did not make suffer.”
