۞
11. Muhammad Ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad Ibn Muhammad from Ibn Sinan from Abu al-Jarud from al-Asbagh that Amir al-Mu’minin (as) said
"There are two kinds of patience. There is patience during a calamity which is good and beautiful, but what is better than that is patience against committing what Allah (swt) has forbidden for you. There are also two types of dhikr. There is dhikr of Allah (swt) during a time of calamity, and the more virtous form of dhikr which is during (the temptation of) committing what Allah (swt) has forbidden for you so it acts as a barrier (from sinning)."
11ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ عَنِ الأصْبَغِ قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ الله عَلَيْهِ الصَّبْرُ صَبْرَانِ صَبْرٌ عِنْدَ الْمُصِيبَةِ حَسَنٌ جَمِيلٌ وَأَحْسَنُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الصَّبْرُ عِنْدَ مَا حَرَّمَ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَيْكَ وَالذِّكْرُ ذِكْرَانِ ذِكْرُ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عِنْدَ الْمُصِيبَةِ وَأَفْضَلُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ ذِكْرُ الله عِنْدَ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكَ فَيَكُونُ حَاجِزاً.
