Hadith 2178

2. Through the same chain of narrators it is narrated from
Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “If one begins speaking before offering the greeting of peace, do not speak to him.”
2ـ وَبِهَذَا الإسْنَادِ قَالَ
مَنْ بَدَأَ بِالْكَلامِ قَبْلَ السَّلامِ فَلا تُجِيبُوهُ وَقَالَ ابْدَءُوا بِالسَّلامِ قَبْلَ الْكَلامِ فَمَنْ بَدَأَ بِالْكَلامِ قَبْلَ السَّلامِ فَلا تُجِيبُوهُ.
