3. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Husayn ibn Muhammad from more than one person from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Yahya ibn al-‘Ala’ from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“At bedtime he (abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.)) would say, ‘I believe in Allah and reject the devil. O Lord, protect me in my sleep and when I am awake.’”
3ـ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) أَنَّهُ
كَانَ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ مَنَامِهِ آمَنْتُ بِالله وَكَفَرْتُ بِالطَّاغُوتِ اللهمَّ احْفَظْنِي فِي مَنَامِي وَفِي يَقَظَتِي.
