Hadith 1850

29. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid from Sa’D ibn Zayd who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.) has said, ‘When you performed your Maghrib prayer before stretching your leg or speaking to anyone say one hundred times, “(I begin) in the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. There are no means and no power without Allah, the Most High, the Most Great,” and one hundred times in the morning, Allah will repel one hundred kinds of misfortune, the least of which is leprosy, Satan and rulers (unjust ones).”’
29ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الْمَغْرِبَ فَلا تَبْسُطْ رِجْلَكَ وَلا تُكَلِّمْ أَحَداً حَتَّى تَقُولَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ بِسْمِ الله الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِالله الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَمِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ فِي الْغَدَاةِ فَمَنْ قَالَهَا دَفَعَ الله عَنْهُ مِائَةَ نَوْعٍ مِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الْبَلاءِ أَدْنَى نَوْعٍ مِنْهَا الْبَرَصُ وَالْجُذَامُ وَالشَّيْطَانُ وَالسُّلْطَانُ.
