Hadith 1761

5. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from Mansur ibn al-‘Abbas from Sa’Id ibn Janah who has said that narrated to him abu Mas’Ud from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Whoever says four times in the morning, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds,’ has completed his thanksgiving for that day and if one does the same thing in the evening he has completed his thanksgiving for the night.’”
5ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ قَالَ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ الْحَمْدُ لله رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ فَقَدْ أَدَّى شُكْرَ يَوْمِهِ وَمَنْ قَالَهَا إِذَا أَمْسَى فَقَدْ أَدَّى شُكْرَ لَيْلَتِهِ.
