Hadith 1576

11. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Hassan from Zayd al-Shahham who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Take from your soul for your soul. Take from it in good health before illness, during its strength before weakness and in its lifetime before death.”’
11ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ حَسَّانَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) خُذْ لِنَفْسِكَ مِنْ نَفْسِكَ خُذْ مِنْهَا فِي الصِّحَّةِ قَبْلَ السُّقْمِ وَفِي الْقُوَّةِ قَبْلَ الضَّعْفِ وَفِي الْحَيَاةِ قَبْلَ الْمَمَاتِ.
