Hadith 1086

8. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Hamid from Yahya ibn ‘Amr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, revealed to certain persons of His prophets: “O sons of Adam, remember Me in your anger, I will remember you in My anger and will not eliminate you along with the things that I eliminate. Be happy with My support; My support is better for you than your support for your own self”
8ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) أَوْحَى الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى بَعْضِ أَنْبِيَائِهِ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ اذْكُرْنِي فِي غَضَبِكَ أَذْكُرْكَ فِي غَضَبِي لا أَمْحَقْكَ فِيمَنْ أَمْحَقُ وَارْضَ بِي مُنْتَصِراً فَإِنَّ انْتِصَارِي لَكَ خَيْرٌ مِنِ انْتِصَارِكَ لِنَفْسِكَ.
