A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Mansur ibn al- ‘ Abbas from ibn Mayyah from his father who has said the following “I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Whoever wants leadership is destroyed.’” 7ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَيَّاحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ مَنْ أَرَادَ الرِّئَاسَةَ هَلَكَ.
