Hadith 1293

9. Sa‘dibn ‘Abdallah and ‘Abdallah ibn Ja‘far all have narrated from Ibrahim ibn Mahziyar from his brother Ali ibn Mahziyar from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Muhammad ibn Sinan from ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has said the following.
“Musa ibn Ja‘far (a.s.) died at the age of fifty five in the year one hundred eighty three. He lived for thirty five years after Ja‘far ibn Muhammad (a.s.).”
9ـ سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الله وَعَبْدُ الله بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ جَمِيعاً عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَهْزِيَارَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَهْزِيَارَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قُبِضَ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعٍ وَخَمْسِينَ سَنَةً فِي عَامِ ثَلاثٍ وَثَمَانِينَ وَمِائَةٍ وَعَاشَ بَعْدَ جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) خَمْساً وَثَلاثِينَ سَنَةً.
