Hadith 920

Al-Husayn b. Ibrahim b. Ahmad b. Hisham al-Mu’addab (ra) narrated to us. He said: Ahmad b. Yahya b. Zakariyya al-Qattan narrated to us. He said: Bakr b. `Abdullah b. Habib narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. `Ubaydullah narrated to me. He said: `Ali b. al-Hakam narrated to us from Hisham from Abi Hamza al-Thumali from Abi Ja`far Muhammad b. `Ali al-Baqir from his forefathers (as). He said
The Messenger of Allah (s) said to `Ali (as): O `Ali! Your love will not settle in the heart of a believing person except that his feet will be settled upon the Path until Allah enters him into Paradise by your love.

قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) لعلي (عليه السلام): يا علي، ما ثبت حبك في قلب امرئ مؤمن فزلت به قدمه على الصراط إلى ثبتت له قدم حتى يدخله الله عز وجل بحبك الجنة (4).
