Hadith 898

Ali b. `Isa (ra) narrated to us. He said: `Ali b. Muhammad Majiluwayh narrated to us from Ahmad b. Abi `Abdillah al-Barqi from his father from Wahb b. Wahb al-Qurashi from al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father from his grandfather (as). He said
The Messenger of Allah (s) said: Surely, Gabriel (as) informed me of something that gladdened my eye and brought happiness to my heart. He said: “O Muhammad! Whoever from your Nation goes to war in the cause of Allah, no drop from the sky and no headache will afflict him except that it will be [counted] as [a reward for] martyrdom for him on the Day of Resurrection.”
7 - حدثنا علي بن عيسى (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا علي بن محمد ماجيوليه، عن أحمد بن أبي عبد الله البرقي، عن أبيه، عن وهب بن وهب القرشي، عن الصادق جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه، عن جده (عليهم السلام)، قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): إن جبرئيل (عليه السلام) أخبرني بأمر قرت به عيني وفرح له قلبي، قال
يا محمد من غزا غزاة في سبيل الله من أمتك، فما أصابته قطرة من السماء أو صداع إلا كانت له شهادة (2) يوم القيامة (3).
