Hadith 789

`Ali b. Ahmad b. Musa al-Daqqaq (rh) narrated to us. He said: Abu’l `Abbas Ahmad b. Yahya b. Zakariyya al-Qattan narrated to us. He said: Bakr b. `Abdullah b. Habib narrated to us. He said: `Umar b. `Abdullah narrated to us. He said: Al-Hasan b. al-Husayn b. `Asim narrated to us. He said: `Isa b. `Abdullah b. Muhammad b. `Umar b. `Ali narrated to us from his father from his grandfather from `Ali (as). He said
Salman the Good (ra) narrated to me, saying: O Aba’l Hasan! Rarely do you and I visit the Messenger of Allah (s) and he does not say: “O Salman! This [`Ali] and his party are the triumphant on the Day of Resurrection.”
8 - حدثنا علي بن أحمد بن موسى الدقاق (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثنا أبو العباس أحمد بن يحيى بن زكريا القطان، قال: حدثنا بكر بن عبد الله بن حبيب، قال: حدثنا عمر بن عبد الله، قال: حدثنا الحسن بن الحسين بن عاصم، قال: حدثني عيسى ابن عبد الله بن محمد بن عمر بن علي، عن أبيه، عن جده، عن علي (عليه السلام)، قال: حدثني سلمان الخير (رضي الله عنه)، فقال
يا أبا الحسن، قلما أقبلت أنت وأنا عند رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) إلا قال: يا سلمان، هذا وحزبه هم المفلحون يوم القيامة (2).
