Hadith 766

Muhammad b. al-Hasan b. Ahmad b. al-Walid (rh) narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. al-Hasan al-Safar narrated to us from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. `Isa from `Ali b. al-Hakam from Aban al-Ahmar from Salih b. Maytham from Abi Ja`far al-Baqir (as). He said
There is not a man who bears false witness over the wealth of a Muslim man to cut him off except that Allah decrees a place for him in the Fire.
3 - حدثنا محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد بن الوليد (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثنا محمد بن الحسن الصفار، عن أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى، عن علي بن الحكم، عن أبان الاحمر، عن صالح بن ميثم، عن أبي جعفر الباقر (عليه السلام)، قال
ما من رجل يشهد شهادة زور على مال رجل مسلم ليقطعه إلا كتب الله عز وجل له مكانه صكا إلى النار (2).
