Abu Sa`id al-Hasan b. `Ali al-`Adawi narrated to us. He said: Suhayb b. `Abbad b. Suhayb narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to us. He said: Al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad narrated to us from his forefathers from al-Husayn b. `Ali (as). The Messenger of Allah (s) made adjudications with an oath and one witness, and `Ali (as) made adjudications like it in Iraq.
