My father (ra) narrated to us. He said: Sa`d b. `Abdullah narrated to us. He said: Ahmad b. Muhammad b. `Isa narrated to us from al-Hasan b. `Ali b. al-Faddal from `Ali b. `Uqba from his father from Abi Basir from al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father (as). Anger was mentioned in his presence, so he said
Surely, a man becomes angry until nothing pleases him, and he enters the Fire due to that. When a man becomes angry while he is standing, he should sit, for that would cleanse him of the wrath of Satan. If he is sitting, he should stand. If a man gets angry at a blood-relative, then he should go to him, get near him, and touch him; for if a blood-relative touches a blood-relative [lawfully] he settles down.
