Hadith 324
۞
Muhammad b. Ibrahim b. Ishaq (ra) narrated to us. He said: Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Sa`id al-Kufi informed us. He said: `Ali b. al-Husayn b. `Ali b. Faddal narrated to us from his father from Abi’l Hasan `Ali b. Musa al-Rida from his father Musa b. Ja`far from his father Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father Muhammad b. `Ali from his father `Ali b. al-Husayn from his father al-Husayn b. `Ali (as). He said
When death attended to al-Hasan b. `Ali b. Abi Talib (as), he wept. It was said to him: O son of the Messenger of Allah! Why do you weep when you have such a position with the Messenger of Allah (s); and after all that the Messenger of Allah (s) had said about you? You have performed Hajj twenty times on foot and given all your belongings to the needy three times! So, he said: I weep for two reasons: (1) The horror of resurrection, and (2) separation from my loved ones.
9 - حدنثا محمد بن إبراهيم بن إسحاق (رضي الله عنه)، قال: أخبرنا أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد الكوفي، قال: حدثنا علي بن الحسين بن علي بن فضال، عن أبيه، عن أبي الحسن علي بن موسى الرضا، عن أبيه موسى بن جعفر، عن أبيه جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه محمد بن علي، عن أبيه علي بن الحسين، عن أبيه الحسين بن علي (عليهم السلام)، قال
لما حضرت الحسن بن علي بن أبي طالب (عليه السلام) الوفاة بكى، فقيل له: يا بن رسول الله، أتبكي ومكانك من رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) الذي أنت به، وقد قال فيك رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) ما قال، وقد حججت عشرين حجة ماشيا، وقد قاسمت ربك مالك ثلاث مرات حتى النعل والنعل؟! فقال (عليه السلام): إنما أبكي لخصلتين: لهول المطلع، وفراق الاحبة (1).
