Hadith 152

Muhammad b. Ahmad al-Sayrafi narrated to us, and he was from the people of hadith. He said: Abu Ja`far Muhammad b. al-`Abbas b. Bassam the slave of Bani Hashim narrated to us. He said: Abu’l Khayr narrated to us. He said: And Muhammad b. Yunus al-Basri narrated to us. He said: `Abdullah b. Yunus and Abu’l Khayr narrated to us. They said: Ahmad b. Musa narrated to us. He said: Abu Bukayr al-Nakha`i narrated to us from Sharik from Abi Ishaq from Abi Wa’il from Hudhayfa b. al-Yaman from the Prophet. He said
`Ali b. Abi Talib is the best of the people; whoever disagrees has disbelieved.
5 - حدثنا محمد بن أحمد الصيرفي وكان من أصحاب الحديث، قال: حدثنا أبو جعفر محمد بن العباس بن بسام مولى بني هاشم، قال: حدثنا أبو الخير، قال: وحدثنا محمد بن يونس البصري، قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن يونس وأبو الخير قالا: حدثنا أحمد بن موسى، قال: حدثنا أبو بكير (4) النخعي، عن شريك، عن أبي إسحاق، عن أبي وائل، عن حذيفة بن اليمان، عن النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله)
أنه قال: علي ابن أبي طالب خير البشر، ومن أبى فقد كفر (5).
