Hadith 111

Abu Ja`far Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn b. Musa b. Babuwayh al-Qummi (ra) narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. al-Hasan b. Ahmad b. al-Walid (rh) narrated to us. He said: Al-Husayn b. al-Hasan b. Aban narrated to us from al-Husayn b. Sa`id from Ibn Abi `Umayr from Jamil b. Salih from Muhammad b. Marwan. He said
I heard al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad (as) say: Surely, for every night in the month of Ramadan, Allah frees people from the Fire; except for those who break their fast on an intoxicant. On the last night of it, He frees as many people as He frees in the rest of the month.

سمعت الصادق جعفر بن محمد (عليهما السلام) يقول: إن لله تبارك وتعالى في كل ليلة من شهر رمضان عتقاء وطلقاء من النار إلا من أفطر على مسكر، فإذا كان آخر ليلة منه أعتق فيها مثل ما أعتق في جميعه (1).
