Al-Suli said: Al-Husayn b. al-Jahm narrated to us. He said
My father narrated to us. He said: Al-Ma’mun climbed the pulpit to inaugurate `Ali b. Musa al-Rida (as). So, he said: O people! The inauguration of `Ali b. Musa b. Ja`far b. Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn b. `Ali (as) has come to you. By Allah, had these names been recited over the deaf and the dumb, they would be cured by Allah’s permission.
