Hadith 241

37. And with the foregoing chains of narration from ‘Ali ibn Mahzyar, from ‘Ali ibn Hadeed, from ‘Ali ibn al-Nu’man, from Hamzah ibn Hamran who said
I heard Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him, say: "Whenever anyone of you is determined to do good, then he should not delay doing it. For it might so be that a slave of Allah offered prayers or kept a day’s fast and then he is told: Do whatever you desire after this, for I have forgiven you."
37 - وبالإسناد الأول عن علي بن مهزيار، عن علي بن حديد، عن علي بن النعمان، عن حمزة بن حمران قال
سمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول: إذا هم أحدكم بخير فلا يؤخره، فإن العبد ربما صلى الصلاة وصام اليوم ، فيقال له: اعمل ما شئت بعدها فقد غفر [الله] لك .
