Hadith 1897

336. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: The person who is approached with a request is free until he promises.
۳۳۶. وَقَالَ (عليه السلام): الْمَسْؤُولُ حُرُّ حَتَّى يَعِدَ.
