Hadith 1764

161. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: He who acts solely according to his own opinion gets ruined, and he who consults other people shares in their understanding.
١٦١. وَقَالَ (عليه السلام): مَنِ اسْتَبَدَّ بِرَأْيِهِ هَلَكَ، وَمَنْ شَاوَرَ الرِّجَالَ شَارَكَهَا فِي عُقُولِهَا.
