The Reward for Alleviating a Fellow Believer of His Sorrows

Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'Whoever alleviates a fellow believer's anguish, Allah will alleviate him of the anguish of the Hereafter, and will bring him out of his grave with a light heart.

Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'When Allah will raise the believer out of his grave, another presence will also come out with him and walk ahead of him, and whenever the believer will come across one of the terrors of the Day of Resurrection, the presence will console him saying, 'Do not worry or be saddened…' and the believer will ask, 'Who are you?, at which it will reply, 'I am the happiness that you used to bring upon your fellow believer.

Imam al-Rida (AS) said, 'Whoever alleviates a believer's worries, Allah will alleviate his heart on the Day of Resurrection.
