Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Crying much due to fear of Allah for any possible distance between oneself and Allah is the regular worshipful state of the gnostics.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): البُكاءُ مِن خِيفَةِ اللّهِ لِلبُعدِ عَنِ اللّهِ عِبادَةُ العارِفينَ.
