Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘The best of brothers is the one with the least hesitance in offering [harsh] advice.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : خيرُ الإخْوانِ أقلُّهُمْ مُصانَعةً في النَّصيحَةِ.

hadith 473
Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘The best of your brothers is the one who rushes to do good and draws you alongside him, and orders you to do good and helps you with it.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : خيرُ إخْوانِكَ مَن سارَعَ إلى الخيرِ وجَذَبَكَ إلَيهِ ، وأمَرَكَ بالبِرِّ وأعانَكَ علَيهِ .
