hadith 1399
Imam Ali (AS) said, 'The heart can only be made use of [to the best of its capacity] with generosity.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): لا يُستَعانُ عَلَى اللُّبِّ إلّا بالسَّخاءِ.

Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Generosity is the fruit of the intellect, and contentment is the proof of magnanimity.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): السَّخاءُ ثَمَرَةُ العَقلِ، والقَناعَةُ بُرهانُ النُّبلِ .
