Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Mans open-handedness endears him to his opponents, and his stinginess makes him hated even by his children.
لإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : جُودُ الرّجُلِ يُحَبّبُهُ إلى أضْدادِهِ ، وبُخْلُهُ يُبَغِّضُهُ إلى أولادِهِ.
