Hadith 1357

Hadith.2923 - Ibn Muskan narrated, who said that Abu Sa'id reported from Abu Abdullah (as):
He was asked about a man who instructed in his will for a Hajj to be performed on his behalf, but his executor used the funds for another purpose.
Imam (as) said
"The executor must bear the cost himself and ensure that it is used for a Hajj as specified in the will. For Allah (swt), the Exalted, says: 'But if anyone changes it after hearing it, the sin shall be upon those who make the change.' (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:181)."
