Hadith 120

4 – Muḥammad b. Abū Zaynab, Abū al-Khaṭṭāb, the maimed, al-Zarrād (the maker of mail), the client of the Banū Asad, may God curse him. His affair is famous. And I regard (that one must) abandon what our companions say: Abū al-Khaṭṭāb narrated to us during the state of his being upright.
4 - محمد بن أبي زينب، أبو الخطاب، الأجدع، الزراد، مولى بني أسد، لعنه الله. أمره شهير. وأرى ترك ما يقول أصحابنا: " حدثنا أبو الخطاب في حال استقامته ".
