hadith 8657
Imam Ali (AS) said, The [one who is known to be a] incessant liar is suspected in his speech, even if his proof is strong and his tone is truthful.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلكَذَّابُ مُتَّهَمٌ في قَوْلِهِ وَ إنْ قَوِيَتْ حُجَّتُهُ وَ صَدَقَتْ لَهْجَتُهُ

Imam Ali (AS) said, The incessant liar and the dead are similar, for indeed (or because) the merit of the living over the dead is the ability to rely on him, so if his words are not reliable then [it is as if] his life is nullified.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلكَذّابُ وَ المَيِّتُ سَواءٌ فَإنَّ(لأنَّ) فَضيلَةَ الحَيِّ عَلَى المَيِّتِ اَلثِّقَةُ بِهِ فَإذا لَمْ يُوثَقْ بِكَلامِهِ بَطَلَتْ حَياتُهُ

Imam Ali (AS) said, The furthest of all people from goodness is the incessant liar and the brazen-faced.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أبْعَدُ النّاسِ مِنَ الصَّلاحِ اَلكَذُوبُ وَ ذُوالوَجْهِ الوَقاحِ

Imam Ali (AS) said, There is no trustworthiness in an incessant liar and there is no safeguarding [from sin] in the morally corrupt.

Imam Ali (AS) said, From the disgrace of the incessant liar is his readiness to swear [that he is truthful] for one who does not [even] ask him to swear.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مِنْ مَهانَةِ الكَذّابِ جُودُهُ بِاليَمينِ لِغَيْرِ مُسْتَحْلِف

Imam Ali (AS) said, The liar earns three things by his lies: the wrath of Allah upon him, scorn of the people and hatred of the angels.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : يَكْتَسِبُ الكاذِبُ بِكِذْبِهِ ثَلاثاً: سَخَطَ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَ اسْتِهانَةَ النّاسِ بِهِ وَ مَقْتَ المَلائِكَةِ لَهُ
