Imam Ali (AS) said, When a believer is asked [for help], he helps, and when he asks [other for help], he is lenient [and does not overburden them].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلمُؤْمِنُ إذا سُئِلَ أسْعَفَ وَ إذا سَألَ خَفَّفَ
