Imam Ali (AS) said, One who sleeps a lot at night loses the [opportunity to perform the] deeds that he cannot make up for during the daytime.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مَنْ كَثُرَ في لَيْلِهِ نَوْمُهُ فاتَهُ مِنَ العَمَلِ ما لايَسْتَدْرِكُهُ في يَوْمِهِ
