Imam Ali (AS) said, The wakefulness of eyes is of no benefit with the negligence of hearts.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنْتِباهُ العُيُونِ لايَنْفَعُ مَعَ غَفْلَةِ القُلُوبِ

Imam Ali (AS) said, O listener, awaken from your negligence, reduce your hastiness, brace yourself, be on your guard and remember your grave, for indeed you must pass through it.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : فَأفِقْ أيُّهَا السّامِعُ مِنْ غَفْلَتِكَ وَ اخْتَصِرْ مِنْ عَجَلَتِكَ وَ أشْدُدْ أزْرَكَ وَ خُذْ حِذْرَكَ وَ اذْكُرْ قَبْرَكَ فَإنَّ عَلَيْهِ مَمَرَّكَ
