hadith 1704
Imam Ali (AS) said, I wonder at the person who hopes for favour from the one who is above him, how can he deprive the one who is below him [of his own favour]?
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : عَجِبْتُ لِمَنْ يَرْجُو فَضْلَ مَنْ فَوْقَهُ كَيْفَ يَحْرُمُ مَنْ دُونَهُ
