Imam Ali (AS) said, Smiling with cheerfulness, [practicing] benevolence, [performing] righteous actions and bestowing greetings invites the love of the people.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : طِلاقَةُ الوَجهِ بِالبِشرِ وَ العَطيَّةِ وَ فِعْلِ البِرِّ وَ بَذْلِ التَّحيَّةِ داع إلى مَحَبَّةِ البَريَّةِ
