Imam Ali (AS) said, A persons most bitter enemies are his anger and his lust, so whoever controls these two, his status is elevated and he attains his goal.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أعْدى عَدُوّ لِلْمَرْءِ غَضَبُهُ وَ شَهْوَتُهُ فَمَنْ مَلَكَهُما عَلَتْ دَرَجَتُهُ وَبَلَغَ غايَتَهُ
