Hadith 379
12. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘A divorced woman can perform al-Hajj if her husband agrees.’”
حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ فِي عِدَّتِهَا إِنْ طَابَتْ نَفْسُ زَوْجِهَا .

Hadith 380
13. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan and Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al- Jabbar from Safwan from al-‘Ala’ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘A divorced woman can perform al-Hajj and testify about rights.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ وَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
الْمُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ وَ تَشْهَدُ الْحُقُوقَ .
