Hadith 1671
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Safwan ibn Yahya from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following
“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The recitation is not definite texts except on Friday in which there is Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and al-Munafiqun.’”
1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
لَيْسَ فِي الْقِرَاءَةِ شَيْ‏ءٌ مُوَقَّتٌ إِلاَّ الْجُمُعَةِ تُقْرَأُ بِالْجُمُعَةِ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ.

Hadith 1672
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from and Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘On Friday night recite Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and Sabbih Isma Rabbika al-‘A‘la In Friday morning recite Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and Chapter 112, and in Friday Salah (prayer) recite Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and al-Munafiqun.’”
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) اقْرَأْ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ بِالْجُمُعَةِ وَسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأعْلَى وَفِي الْفَجْرِ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَقُلْ هُوَ الله أَحَدٌ وَفِي الْجُمُعَةِ بِالْجُمُعَةِ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ.

Hadith 1673
3. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amir from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from al-Husayn ibn abu Hamzah who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘What can I recite for the morning Salah (prayer) on Friday?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘In the first Rak‘at recite Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and in the second Rak‘at recite Chapter 112 then read Qunut (supplication after recitation in second Rak‘at) so both become equal.’”
3ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَهْزِيَارَ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) بِمَا أَقْرَأُ فِي صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ اقْرَأْ فِي الأولَى بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَفِي الثَّانِيَةِ بِقُلْ هُوَ الله أَحَدٌ ثُمَّ اقْنُتْ حَتَّى تَكُونَا سَوَاءً.

Hadith 1674
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from Jamil from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah has granted honor to the believers by means of sending (Surah (chapter) of al-Jumu‘ah). The Messenger of Allah established it a Sunnah (noble tradition) and good news for them. He sent al-Munafiqun to reprimand the hypocrites. It is not proper to omit it. Salah (prayer) of one who willfully omits it is not valid.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِنَّ الله أَكْرَمَ بِالْجُمُعَةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَسَنَّهَا رَسُولُ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) بِشَارَةً لَهُمْ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ تَوْبِيخاً لِلْمُنَافِقِينَ وَلاَ يَنْبَغِي تَرْكُهَا فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا مُتَعَمِّداً فَلاَ صَلاَةَ لَهُ.

Hadith 1675
5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about recitation on Friday when I perform Salah (prayer) alone of four Rak‘at. Can I recite aloud? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, you can recite aloud.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Recite Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and al-Munafiqun on Friday.’”
5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُ وَحْدِي أَرْبَعاً أَجْهَرُ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَقَالَ اقْرَأْ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ.

Hadith 1676
6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from fro al-‘Ala’ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked one of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about a man who intends to recite Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah on Friday but he recites Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad (Chapter 112). He (the Imam) said, ‘He can go back to Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah.’ It is also narrated that one completes it in two Rak‘at, then performs it again.”
6ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما الْسَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ فَيَقْرَأُ قُلْ هُوَ الله أَحَدٌ قَالَ
يَرْجِعُ إِلَى سُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ. وَرُوِيَ أَيْضاً يُتِمُّهَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَسْتَأْنِفُ.

Hadith 1677
7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar from ‘Umar ibn Yazid who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one performs Friday Salah (prayer) without reciting Surah (chapter) al-Jumu‘ah and al-Munafiqun, he is required to perform his Salah (prayer) again, on a journey or at home.’ It is narrated that it is not an offense to recite Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad, Chapter 112 on a journey.”
7ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) مَنْ صَلَّى الْجُمُعَةَ بِغَيْرِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ أَعَادَ الصَّلاَةَ فِي سَفَرٍ أَوْ حَضَرٍ. وَرُوِيَ لاَ بَأْسَ فِي السَّفَرِ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ بِقُلْ هُوَ الله أَحَدٌ.
