Hadith 262

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-‘ Abbas the one whom he has mentioned (in his book) who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The Imam pays off the debts of the believing people except Muhur (dowry) of women.’”
7- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الإمَامُ يَقْضِي عَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الدُّيُونَ مَا خَلا مُهُورَ النِّسَاءِ.
